The terms and conditions of use of this web site relate to bookings made at Melbury Bed & Breakfast. Please read this document carefully before making a booking.

Payment
We do not have Credit Card facilities and full payment is requested in cash on arrival or by pre-cleared cheque subject to acknowledgement of my cancellation policy.

Prices
The prices featured are per room per night. These prices include accommodation as per the specified room inclusive of continental breakfast & all usual amenities. Minimum length of stay may apply.

Arrival and Departure
Your room will be available by arrangement on your specified day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your first night only. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.

Amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Cancellation
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking then please contact us on tel: 020 8876 3930 at least 72 hours before your arrival date or payment will be charged in lieu of notice, unless the room can be rebooked.

Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal accident and personal public liability.

If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay, you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please submit the details in writing within 28 days of your return, to:
